DEMOLITION SERVICE

With over 30 years’ of industry experience, we've been involved with all manner of demolition projects, from small private properties to large multi-story buildings, along with more specialist and nonstandard building types.

SOFT STRIP / INTERNAL DEMOLITION

Allclear carry out strip out and refurbishment works where total demolition is not required. We remove fixtures and fittings and complex structural elements including reinforced concrete floors staircases etc.

ASBESTOS REMOVAL

If you have discovered asbestos or suspect that there is asbestos contamination on any of your sites, you will need to deal with the problem.
That's why we're here - we want to make your asbestos removal as simple, pain-free and as safe as possible.

CRUSHING AND RECYCLING

We aim to recycle as much material as possible to avoid large amounts going to landfill. This is achieved by the segregation of recyclable waste materials on site prior to removal to the appropriate facility. Crushing on site can often reduce demolition project costs as well as providing the material for new construction work.

Allclear as a company is comprised of a professional team of operatives that are trained to the highest standards that the demolition industry requires, being accredited by CHAS Advanced, Safe Contractor, NDTG, BS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management coupled with being a Constructionline Gold member. All certifications can be provided upon request.
