Conducted an extensive internal strip out, taking the space back to the shell.
Removed mezzanine floors, racking systems, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) components.
Partial Demolition:
Partially demolished the structure to create space for a proposed garden center.
Removed all roof coverings and broke out slabs in the demolished areas and rear service yard.
Waste Management:
Segregated and removed waste materials off-site to local recycling centers, ensuring responsible disposal and recycling.
