Project Overview

Allclear Demolition recently undertook a challenging project within a live retail space, successfully managing extensive public interface and ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.


Key Project Steps

  • Live Retail Space Management:

    • Carefully coordinating activities to ensure safety and minimal disruption to the public within a busy retail environment.

  • Internal Strip Out:

    • Conducted an extensive internal strip out, taking the space back to the shell.

    • Removed mezzanine floors, racking systems, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) components.

  • Partial Demolition:

    • Partially demolished the structure to create space for a proposed garden center.

    • Removed all roof coverings and broke out slabs in the demolished areas and rear service yard.

  • Waste Management:

    • Segregated and removed waste materials off-site to local recycling centers, ensuring responsible disposal and recycling.
